The present invention relates to a thin-film composite (TFC) separation membrane having a covalent organic polymer (COP) cross-linking a monomer having excellent polarity as a selection layer. In addition, the TFC separation membrane can be manufactured by the following steps: dipping a support in a water polymer solution which dissolves a water polymer in an alkaline solvent; drying the support dipped in the water polymer solution; dipping the dried support in an organic phase polymer solution which dissolves an organic phase polymer in an aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent; and drying the support dipped in the organic phase polymer solution. Accordingly, a separation membrane having improved penetrability and selectivity at the same time can be manufactured.
