The present invention relates to a vehicle having a human machine interface device outputting a movement command of a user in at least an electronic device among a plurality of electronic devices. The human machine interface device comprises: a storage unit storing location information for a plurality of areas, movement commands of a plurality of electronic devices individually positioned in the areas, and gesture information in each movement command; a recognition unit recognizing a user′s gesture; and a control unit confirming the electronic device installed in an area adjacent to a boundary area when the gesture is recognized in the boundary area for the plurality of areas, and controlling a device among the confirmed electronic device to output the movement command corresponding to the gesture. A space is divided into the plurality of areas, and a gesture for each area is inputted to control the electronic device. As such, the number of the gestures for movement control can be minimized, and the movement command which the user intends can accurately be recognized. Moreover, the present invention allows a user to gesture while restrictions such as area separation are minimized by realizing the user′s intention by confirming a movement state and a movement pattern of the electronic device designed for each area when the user gestures at a boundary area of two areas; thus improving a convenience for the user. |
