1. An image forming apparatus, comprising:
a first image forming unit configured to form an image on a recording medium with a non-erasable material; a second image forming unit configured to form an image on the recording medium with an erasable material; and a control unit configured to: separate image data of an image to be printed into a plurality of pieces of image data, each corresponding to a different portion of the image to be printed, determine whether or not at least one of a color, a font, and an emphasis mark of each portion of the image to be printed satisfy a predetermined condition, and cause a first portion of the image that is determined to not satisfy the predetermined condition to be printed on the recording medium in the first image forming unit and a second portion of the image that is determined to satisfy the predetermined condition to be printed on the recording medium in the second image forming unit.
