1. A catheter, comprising:
a first lumen comprising a proximal portion, a distal portion, and a distal opening; and a second lumen comprising a proximal portion, a distal portion, and distal opening; the proximal portion of the first lumen disposed adjacent the proximal portion of the second lumen between a proximal point and a bifurcation point; the distal portion of the first lumen extending distally from the bifurcation point and forming a concave bend with respect to a longitudinal axis of the catheter, the distal portion of the first lumen extending from the bifurcation point to a free end; and the distal portion of the second lumen extending distally from the bifurcation point and forming a concave bend with respect to the longitudinal axis of the catheter, the distal portion of the second lumen extending from the bifurcation point to a free end; wherein the distal opening of the first lumen is displaced a distance along the longitudinal axis of the catheter from the distal opening of the second lumen, and wherein a segment of the distal portion of the second lumen intersects the longitudinal axis of the catheter, and wherein the distal portion of the second lumen diverges away from the first lumen of the catheter at the bifurcation point, and wherein the distal portion of the first lumen and the distal portion of the second lumen each consist of a first region that is concave with respect to the longitudinal axis and a second region that is convex with respect to the longitudinal axis.
