The present invention relates to a gantry type mechanical equipment having a synchronous move error control function using a load cell. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the gantry type mechanical equipment having a synchronous move error control function using a load cell comprises: two support fixtures which are vertically erected; a horizontal bar horizontally prepared by connecting upper ends of the support fixtures, and has a structure orthogonal to the support fixtures; a transfer unit connected to a lower end of each support fixtures, selectively moving the support fixtures; a load cell prepared on one side of the support fixtures, detecting a force applied to the support fixtures; and a control unit which controls operation of the transfer unit with respect to information detected by the load cell. According to the present invention, the load cell is installed in each of the support fixtures, thereby reducing costs needed for a synchronous move error control when compared with a prior art.
