The present invention relates to a method for reinforcing a bottom part for preparing water leak of a semiconductor/LED/LCD cleaning device comprising: a step for cleaning a bottom part of the cleaning device; a step for installing a protective cover for protecting the lower part of a structure equipped between the cleaning device and a bottom part, and installing resin in the bottom part of the cleaning device; a step of forming concave-convex in the surface of the lower part of an inner wall and a concave part in the upper part of a fence wall while installing the fence wall in the bottom part of the cleaning device, coating an outer wall of the fence wall with SHT-146 (UV Filler Coat), and coating an inner wall of the fence wall and the surface of the SHT-146 (UV Filler Coat) with SHT-1500 (UV Coat); a step of installing a polygonal column in a corner inside the fence wall, and installing a drain pipe in a lateral surface of the fence wall; a step of integrally forming the fence wall by coating the inside of the fence wall with SHT-715 (SHT-715A (main agent) + SHT-715B (hardening agent)) at least once to contain a concave-convex part in the lower part of the inner wall of the fence wall having the concave-convex; and a step of filling the concave part of the fence wall with SHT-705 (bio-deodorant) or SHT-705W (bio-deodorant liquid). |
