The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Chamaecyparis obtuse cookie, and specifically, to a manufacturing method of a Chamaecyparis obtuse cookie which manufactures the cookie using Chamaecyparis obtuse, oatmeal, pumpkin seed, and rye. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing batter of the Chamaecyparis obtuse, the oatmeal, the pumpkin seed, and the rye; manufacturing cookie batter using flour, egg, and sugar as main ingredients; mixing the batter of the Chamaecyparis obtuse, the oatmeal, the pumpkin seed, and the rye with the cookie batter; and shaping the mixed batter and baking the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method comprises the following steps: manufacturing fruits preserved in honey of the Chamaecyparis obtuse, the oatmeal, the pumpkin seed, and the rye; manufacturing the cookie batter using flour, egg, and sugar as main ingredients; mixing the batter of the Chamaecyparis obtuse, the oatmeal, the pumpkin seed, and the rye with the cookie batter; and shaping the mixed batter and baking the same. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method supplements moisture and a nutrient component lacking in the cookie, and maintains a flavor as well as reducing a cookie′s unique greasy taste. |
