The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a touch panel. The method for manufacturing a touch panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps of: forming mask patterns by exposing and developing a partial area of photoresist placed on a board; forming a first blackening film on a surface of a groove part which is defined by a space between the mask patterns; forming a metal film to make an upper surface of the metal film flat by the first blackening film and the groove part; oxidizing the metal film; and peeling the mask patterns.
