The present invention is to disclose an apparatus and a system for dynamically controlling stage effect devices. The apparatus for dynamically controlling stage effect devices comprises: multiple stage effect devices which include one or more of an image display device, multiple audio devices, multiple lighting devices, multiple relay related devices, and multiple other stage effect devices; a controller which is connected to the stage effect devices, and controls preset multiple stage effect programs embodying multiple stage effect scenes executed in the stage effect devices; a control computer which is provided with the preset stage effect programs therein, and controls the preset stage effect programs to be transmitted to the controller; and a control panel which is connected to the control computer by a cable or wireless, wherein the control panel arbitrarily selects or changes the preset stage effect programs by the request of an administrator or an end user, or executes a separate stage effect operation while the preset stage effect programs are executed individually. |
