The present invention relates to an insulation panel comprising: a fibrous layer whose surface is in contact with a wall from a lower part; a plastic board layer bonded to the fibrous layer to support flatness of the fibrous layer; a heat reflective sheet layer; a compressed Styrofoam layer bonded to an upper surface of the plastic board layer; and a mortar coating layer which the upper surface of the compressed Styrofoam layer is coated for papering or applying paint. As such, the insulation panel has the effects of maximizing insulation, thermal insulation, and sound insulation; and has construction grooves at regular intervals in order to fixate a panel to an inner wall. |
