The present invention relates to a highly flexible heating blanket using a heat emitting body formed by weaving carbon fibers and hemp fibers. The heating blanket includes: i) an outer skin which has a hollow space on the inside and is open at one lateral side; ii) an inner skin which comes in contact with the hollow space and has two or more storage units; and iii) a flexible heating pad stored in the storage units. The heating pad includes: i) a pair of metal electrodes which are connected to an external power source to receive power and is extended in a first direction; ii) multiple conductive complex wefts which are extended in a second direction intersecting the first direction and interconnects the pair of metal electrodes; and iii) multiple single-type warps which are extended in a first direction and intersect the weft threads to be woven together; and iv) a cover member which surrounds the metal electrodes, conductive complex weft and single-type warps. The difference between the recovery rate of the wefts and that of the warps is 10% or lower. The storage units are arranged to be in parallel and be spaced apart from each other. The storage units include an inlet formed on an edge and are elongated. The heating pad is inserted through the inlet. |
