A loading device comprises: a first loading unit with a loading surface on which paper is loaded; a width direction restricting unit for restricting a location of a width direction of the paper loaded on the loading surface wherein the width direction restricting unit is movably installed in the width direction of the paper about the first loading unit; and a second loading unit rotatably installed between a first location and a second location about the first loading unit. The second loading unit is overlapped with the first loading unit on the first location. In the second location, the second loading unit supports an upper portion of the paper in a feeding direction of the paper fed by a paper feeding unit. A cut-out part is installed in the second loading unit to prevent the second loading unit from interfering in the width direction restricting unit when the second loading unit reciprocates between the first location and the second location. |
