The present invention relates to an organic solar cell manufacturing method for solving a problem regarding deterioration of the organic solar cell due to the use of polyethylenedioxythiophene-polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS). The method includes the steps of: forming a buffer-integrated transparent electrode on a substrate; forming a hole transport layer on the transparent electrode; forming a photoactive layer on the hole transport layer; forming an electron transport layer on the photoactive layer; and forming a negative electrode on the electron transport layer. The buffer-integrated transparent electrode is formed by a process of depositing indium oxide and tantalum oxide simultaneously. |
