The light-emitting device includes one or more light-emitting elements arranged on first surface of a substrate, an insulation film formed on the first surface of a substrate so as to cover the one or more light-emitting elements, and a plurality of uneven patterns formed on the insulation film formed on each of the one or more light-emitting elements so as to be spaced apart from each other, wherein the plurality of uneven patterns are all convex patterns or concave patterns and each of the plurality of uneven patterns has a curved cross-sectional shape.

A light-emitting device, comprising: at least one light-emitting element arranged on a first surface of a substrate; an insulation film on the first surface of the substrate, the insulation film covering the at least one light-emitting element; and a plurality of uneven patterns on the insulation film, the plurality of uneven patterns respectively overlapping respective ones of the one or more light-emitting elements, the plurality of uneven patterns being spaced apart from each other, wherein the plurality of uneven patterns are all convex patterns or all concave patterns, wherein the plurality of uneven patterns is on a surface of the insulation film, the surface of the insulation film including: a plurality of groups of the uneven patterns, each group including at least two of the uneven patterns, and the groups being spaced apart from each other along a first direction, anda first planar connection pattern connecting two adjacent groups of the uneven patterns to each other, each group of the uneven patterns overlapping a different light-emitting element, and the first planar connection being longer along the first direction than a predetermined space between adjacent uneven patterns within a same group,wherein each of the uneven patterns is a semicircular cylinder extending along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, andwherein the plurality of the uneven patterns within each group define a stripe pattern in top view.
