Disclosed is an adhesive film configured of a base which is composed of a vinyl chloride resin composition and an adhesive layer which is formed on at least one side of the base.  The adhesive layer contains an adhesive base agent composed of a natural rubber and/or a styrene-butadiene rubber, a graft polymer obtained by graft-polymerizing a (meth)acrylate having an alkyl group to a natural rubber and/or a styrene-butadiene rubber, and a softening agent.  The softening agent is blended in an amount of 0.3-4% by mass relative to the adhesive agent constituting the adhesive layer; the graft polymer is blended in an amount of 10-50 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the adhesive base agent; and the graft polymer has a Mooney viscosity of 60-90 Ms 1+4 (100°C).
