According to the present invention, a cold brew coffee extraction apparatus includes: a water storage tank which stores water and supplies the required amount of water to the coffee extraction apparatus; a mist generator which is arranged on the lower part of the water storage tank to convert water supplied from the water storage tank to mist and spray the mist; a filter which is arranged on the lower part of the mist generator to store ground coffee beans and extract coffee concentrate; a spray pipe which is arranged in the middle of the mist generator and the filter to be used as a path to move the mist sprayed from the mist generator to the filter; a drip server which is arranged on the lower part of the filter to store the coffee concentrate extracted in the filter; and a control unit which is arranged on a side of the mist generator to electronically control the cold brew coffee extraction apparatus. |
