The present invention relates to a pressure sensitive thermal conductive sheet which normally acts as a heat blocking sheet, and is changed into a heat conductive sheet when receiving a certain or more pressure or impact and have a heat radiant function, and to a manufacturing method of the same. The pressure sensitive thermal controlling material includes a heat conductive filler, an elastomer, and a polymer bead.
