PHOSPHORESCENT GLASS WITH PVC PHOSPHORESCENT FILM, AND PREPARATION METHOD OF LAMINATED GLASS AND PAIR GLASS USING THE SAME

The present invention relates to phosphorescent glass (or single-layer glass) having a phosphorescent PVC film attached thereon and a method for manufacturing multi-layered glass and laminated glass by using the same. More specifically, a phosphorescent pigment formulation, which is formed by a specific combination and content of non-toxic ingredients, is shaped in the form of a thin film and is attached to the surface of glass by using an acrylic adhesive. The phosphorescent glass having the phosphorescent PVC film attached thereon has excellent eco-friendliness, phosphorescent properties, and light emitting properties while preventing the discoloration of the film and the front and rear surfaces of the glass applied with the film. The present invention can also maintain the transparency and color balance of the glass and is easily inserted and attached to an intermediate layer of the glass, thereby being capable of being used semi-permanently as an emergency directional sign in a blackout due to power outage or fire or in dark places.
