The present invention relates to a rolling apparatus and, more specifically, relates to an apparatus to mold a metal plate to be thin. According to the present invention, the apparatus to roll the metal plate comprises: a rolling roller structure having a first rolling roller unit, and a second rolling roller unit which correspond to each other; a device conveying unit straightly moving the metal plate which is an object to mold between the two rolling roller units; and a rolling roller driving unit rotating the two rolling roller units to have both surfaces of the metal plate move through rolling while allowing the rolling roller structure to perform a straight-line reciprocating motion along a moving direction of the metal plate. Each of the two rolling roller units has a cylindrical base unit rotating around a line of a pivot, and a molding unit projecting from an outer circumference of the base unit, wherein a line of a pivot of one rolling roller unit is parallel to that of an other. The molding unit has a width change unit wherein a width increases in a circumference direction.
