An embodiment of the present invention relates to a device and a method for providing a voice service and a data service together in an electronic device. The electronic device comprises: an antenna for transmitting or receiving at least one signal between a first signal corresponding to a first communications network or a second signal corresponding to a second communications network; a first communications control module for processing the first signal, and a second communications control module for processing the second signal; and a divider for distributing at least one signal received through the antenna into the first communications control module and the second communications control module respectively. Different embodiments are possible.
