The present invention relates to a touch panel and a manufacturing method thereof for responding to a UV ray by an insulating layer material of a conductive bridge structure and forming a transparent film of photosensitive materials which can be laminated, thereby reducing production costs by a smaller number of processes than a liquid crystal insulation type of the same level. The touch panel and the manufacturing method thereof minimize deformation by deleting a drying process by replacing contraction deformation in case of liquid type drying with a film type, thereby reducing an align tolerance due to micro pattern formation, obtaining visibility, increasing a penetration ratio, and reducing costs and increasing productivity by applying a roll to roll process and a sheet process.
