The present invention relates to a finishing method of a slide rod included in a fuel injection control unit, in a finishing method of a slide rod with the structure of a rod, where a pusher on one end and a male screw on the other end are made into one body, which comprises: a step of preparing a slide rod (S1) to perform rough grinding of rod materials, thermal treatment, accuracy grinding, and surface cutting and to prepare a slide rod whose surface between the pusher and the male screw has a roughness of Ra 0.4 or lower due to grinding; a step of setting super finishing (S2) to mount the slide rod prepared and grinding materials on a super finishing machine and prepare by making the grinding materials come in contact with the slide rod; and a step of super finishing (S3) to perform processing in between the pusher and the male screw of the slide rod by the super finishing machine at a rotation speed of 312 rpm and a feeding speed of 0.5 mm/s, to make the surface of the slide rod have a roughness of Ra 0.1 or lower, and to form a wave pattern, an X-shaped pattern, or a check pattern on the surface processed. As the slide rod is assembled with the fuel injection control unit, it is easy to lubricate and cool according to the reciprocation of the slide rod by the improved roughness and the surface patterns of the slide rod and the adhesion of fuel can be prevented. |
