According to the present invention, a smart flash card implementation method used by a mobile device having a touchscreen includes the steps of: displaying scrollable cards, which have memorization repetition numbers visually displayed thereon, in a first group on the touchscreen; detecting a touch event for a first area of a specific card selected among the cards in the first group; comparing the memorization repetition number of the selected card with a completion reference number when the touch is even detected; and removing the specific card from the first group when the memorization repetition number is smaller than the completion reference number and modifying the selected card as a card in a second group having different properties from that of the cards in the first group or removing the specific card from the first group and modifying the selected card as a card in a third group having different properties from that of the cards in the first group and the second group when the memorization repetition number is equal to the completion reference number. |
