发明名称 ELECTROSPINING TUBE SYSTEM FOR MANFACTURING NANOFIBER
摘要 An electrospinning tube system for manufacturing nanofibers of the present invention comprises: (i) an electrospinning tube (T) which is in one shape selected from a conical shape and a cylindrical shape and has a closed portion of an inner space and the remaining portion on which two or more hollow partition columns (T1) are arranged in a lengthwise direction while one nozzle (N) is connected to each upper side of each partition column (T1) to protrude and the partition columns (T1) and the nozzles (N) are in one shape selected from a cylindrical shape or a polygonal shape; and (ii) a water storage tank (R) which is connected to a lower end portion of the electrospinning tube (T) and includes, on an inner surface, at least one kind of a shape form selected from a groove or a protrusion, and is in one shape selected from a conical shape and a cylindrical shape. The nanofibers are electrospun by using both electrostatic force and centrifugal force. Therefore, a discharge amount of unit electrospinning tubes per unit time can be increased and thus productivity is significantly increased. A nanofiber mat with excellent nanofiber formation ability can be manufactured by effectively preventing a drop-let phenomenon that a spinning solution does not become nanofibers and drops down. Inconvenience of replacing and cleaning nozzles can be eliminated when compared to a case that nozzles are used. The nanofibers can be stably spun even with a small number of rotation of the spinning tube.
