The present invention relates to a method for preparing a negative electrode material for a sodium-ion battery. More specifically, the method is used to prepare the negative electrode material which is for the sodium-ion battery and is made of highly-flexible and randomly-oriented graphene-based paper. According to the present invention, the method includes a step of vacuum-filtering graphene-based nano-sheets permanently folded and crumpled by thionyl chloride treatment to prepare a highly-flexible and randomly-oriented paper electrode for the sodium-ion battery. Accordingly, the paper electrode has better electrochemical performance than well-stacked and single-orientation graphene-based paper and shows excellent electrochemical performance even without a binder which is a substrate and a conductive filler. |
