The present invention relates to a system for stamping and pyrolysis-incinerating livestock and an animal. The present invention pyrolyzes the infected animal or carcasses of the dead livestock or feces and a device using high heat to be incinerated. According to the present invention, the present invention comprises the steps of: forming an incineration cavity (1) vertically dug by a depth having a larger area than the circumferential area of an upper portion of the cavity and forming covering soil (10) of a circumference of the upper cavity; combusting a wood gas and an oil fuel (3) oil-vaporized by high-temperature heat to significantly maintain the internal temperature of the incineration cavity (1); and performing the system incinerating the infected animal or the carcasses of the dead livestock or the feces and the device inside the incineration cavity (1). |
