The present invention relates to a screen display method used when a map screen is moved. More specifically, the method is used to actively adjust the scale of a map when the map is moved while outputting map data through a touchscreen in order to output the initial location and the moved location at the same time within the screen and without making the initial location leave the screen due to the fixed scale of the map. According to the present invention, the method includes: a first step of receiving an input signal to move the map data output to the screen area through an input unit of a terminal; a second step of determining whether the current location is moved to the outside of the screen area when the map data is moved according to the input signal; a third step of moving the map data to arrange the moved location in the screen area according to the input signal when the current location in the second step is moved to the outside of the screen area; a fourth step of adjusting the scale of the map data to make the current location be in the screen area; and a fifth step of outputting the map data to include the moved location and the current location in the screen area. |
