The present invention provides a method for controlling failure of an electric oil pump system comprising: a diagnosis step of diagnosing disconnection of a three-phase wire connecting an EOP and an OPU; and a line pressure control step of controlling transmission line pressure to be within the maximum transmission line pressure where the current transmission line pressure can be formed into maximum voltage duty of the OPU when a part of the three-phase wire is cut.
