The present invention relates to a mobile-based user customized on-time commerce system and a method thereof, the method comprising the steps of: collecting a registered product by a selling server having a program of estimating, as a product having a day marginal property of a registration company is registered, a discount price based on salable deadline of the registered product to sell through mobiles; estimating a discount price for each product according to variables based on discount information of each product provided from a partner company; providing a current discount price and product information for a specific product to a specific customer; notifying a user based on user analysis of a suitable product on time; and selling a product of a registration company at the current discount price. |
