The purpose of the present invention is to coat the surface of a vacuum valve and components using a PACVD method to improve the performance of the pondarex type vacuum valve used for vacuum die casting in order to improve the durability, seizure resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation properties, and release properties. According to the present invention, the surface of the vacuum valve and the components is coated with a coating material after the vacuum valve and the surface of the components are processed by ion-nitriding to improve the seizure resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance, anti-oxidation properties, and release properties. |
