The present invention relates to a discharge strength equilibrium control type rotating electrical discharge grinding device which comprises: a variable RC parallel discharge circuit connected to a discharge electrode and a workpiece by forming an output terminal in parallel with a variable condenser; a switching element connected between the output terminal and the discharge electrode of the variable RC parallel discharge circuit; a current sensor measuring a discharge current flowing to the variable parallel RC discharge circuit; a BLDC motor connected to the discharge electrode to rotate the discharge electrode; a BLDC driver circuit connected to the BLDC motor; a transfer actuator adjusting a discharge gap between the discharge electrode and the workpiece connected to the BLDC motor; a control unit controlling the transfer actuator in accordance with a measured value of the current sensor for the discharge current to be constantly maintained; and a selector connected to the control unit. According to the present invention, processing efficiency can be improved, and a processing surface level is excellent. Moreover, provided is a discharge grinding device which improves operation efficiency by enabling continuous processing work to be performed without exchanging a device.
