The present invention relates to a training system and a virtual reality experience system. The training system includes: a stage which forms a space on which a user can move and provides a contact surface with respect to horizontal movements of the user to enable the user to have sensation of moving in a virtual space; a first sensor which is installed on the stage and senses vertical direction posture information of the user; a second sensor which senses horizontal direction movement information of the user on the stage; and an image providing unit which provides an image of the virtual space to the user based on information sensed by the first sensor and the second sensor. According to the present invention, provided are the training system in a compact structure and the virtual reality experience system which minimize frictional force on the user by using properties of a material, have enhanced portability, and are expected to be installed in various environments and to enable the user to perform training. |
