Disclosed are an X-ray source device using a nanostructure and an apparatus for emitting X-ray using a cartridge-type X-ray source device. The X-ray source device according to the present invention includes: a cathode having an electron releasing source using the nanostructure; an anode having a target surface, which emits X-ray by collision with electrons; a body which provides a vacuum space between the cathode and the anode; a cathode terminal unit which covers the cathode, the anode, and a portion of the body and is connected to the cathode; and a housing which exposes an anode terminal unit, connected to the anode, to the outside. The apparatus for emitting X-ray according to the present invention includes a main body having a cartridge installation unit in which the cartridge-type X-ray source device is installed to be able to be replaced. The cathode terminal unit and the anode terminal unit are exposed to the outside of the housing in the same direction. The cartridge installation unit includes a first connection terminal unit and a second connection terminal unit which correspond to the cathode terminal unit and the anode terminal unit, respectively.
