The present invention relates to a device and method for producing tofu directly packed by simultaneously feeding soymilk and additives in a container. A container supply unit loads containers and provides the same one by one. A soymilk supply unit stores soymilk and supplies a predetermined amount of the same to a container through a discharge part. An additive supply unit stores an additive and supplies a predetermined amount of the same to a container through the discharge part. A packing unit stores packing paper, and supplies a predetermined amount of the same to an upper side of the container to be heated and compressed, so the container is packed and cut packing paper is collected. A cutting unit cuts a part other than the packing paper packed on the container. An aging unit is provided with a container to age the same at predetermined temperature and time. A container moving unit transfers a container provided from the container supply unit to the discharge parts of the soymilk supply unit and additive supply unit. After soymilk and additives are added, a container is transferred to the packing unit. After a container is packed, the container is transferred to the cutting unit. After packing paper is cut, a container is transferred to the aging unit. A control device unit controls operation of the container supply unit, container moving unit, soymilk supply unit, additive supply unit, packing unit, cutting unit, and aging unit. |
