The present invention relates to a railway space information system and a service providing method using the same. More particularly, the present invention relates to a railway space information system including: a railway space object; a generation module which is related to the railway space object and generates a railway space information identifier (ROID) including an object identifier (OID), which is related to the railway space object and can be assigned as only one in the world; a database which stores the ROID; a management module which manages the database; and a service module which provides an interface by using the ROID. The ROID, including an identifier as only one in the world and absolute location information, is generated and managed based on an OID standard having an object identifier as only one in the world and can be applied to various services.
