The present invention relates to a method for producing chopped noodles, in which garnishes made of steamed three-color dumpling and Helianthus tuberosus are added in buckwheat chopped noodles using anchovy stock, and a texture is newly added in general chopped noodles. The method for producing buckwheat chopped noodles of the present invention provides new buckwheat chopped noodles having a clean and fresh taste by using anchovy stock as a main ingredient, and using general components contained in Helianthus tuberosus and onion skin. |
