The present invention relates to the structure of a water turbine for generating electricity by using the flow of water, more specifically, to a cross-flow water turbine for increasing efficiency by installing a guide which is fixed to the inside of a cylindrical cross-flow water turbine and not rotated wherein a plurality of blades are attached to the cylindrical cross-flow water turbine. The water turbine according to the present invention makes higher efficiency than an existing cross-flow water turbine.
