The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a rice cake including sprouts of Hordeum vulgare L. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: acquiring glutinous rice flour; acquiring flour of Hordeum vulgare L., boiling the flour of Hordeum vulgare L. with purified water and the sprouts of Hordeum vulgare L., and concentrating the same to acquire roux of Hordeum vulgare L.; acquiring hard-boiled Hordeum vulgare L. rice; mixing and kneading sugar, refined salt, and a natural flavor agent with the acquired glutinous rice flour, roux of Hordeum vulgare L., and hard-boiled Hordeum vulgare L. rice; and shaping and steaming the batter, and manufacturing the rice cake including Hordeum vulgare L. The method of the present invention further includes a step of covering bean jam on the rice cake or filling stuffing into the rice cake. |
