RETARDATION FILM HAVING LOW-HYGROSCOPIC PROPERTY, AND MANUFACUTRING THE SAME

摘要

The present invention relates to a retardation film having low moisture absorption and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, the retardation film is formed by blending a cellulose ester-based resin and a norbornene-based resin. According to the present invention, the optical properties of the retardation film barely change in a high-humidity environment. The retardation film also shows excellent bonding properties with a polyvinyl alcohol film.
