The present invention relates to a diamond tool and a manufacturing method thereof. The diamond tool according to the present invention includes: a cutting tip having a first pattern at an end and a second pattern, which is formed on the first pattern and is narrower than the first pattern; and a cutting tool connected to one end of the cutting tip protruding from the outside to come into contact with an object. Thereby, the diamond tool has a complex pattern capable of mechanically processing a nanoscale pattern, a nano/microscale pattern, and a micro/microscale pattern.
