摘要 The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an injection-molded and resin-synthesized permanent magnet from thermosetting plastic containing a particle-type magnetic material, the method comprising: a) a step of preparing an injection molding tool having a hollow portion, wherein the tool includes a magnetic element and a wall portion adjacent to the hollow portion, and the wall portion is formed to be at least partially heated by a heating device; b) a step of injecting the thermosetting plastic containing a particle-type magnetic material, into the hollow portion in a flow state; c) a step of applying magnetic field in a direction corresponding to predetermined magnetization to the thermosetting plastic by a magnetic element to generate a magnetic priority direction, wherein active cooling of the wall portion is performed during duration of the step b) and the step c); d) a step of ending the active cooling of the wall portion; e) a step of heating the wall portion at a crosslinking temperature of the thermosetting plastic by the heating device until crosslinking of the thermosetting plastic is ended; f) a step of blocking the heating device or lowering a temperature of the wall portion to a predetermined temperature lower than the crosslinking temperature by the heating device; g) a step of coagulating the injected thermosetting plastic; and h) demolding the coagulated thermosetting plastic.
