The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which can prevent a sensing error of a thin film transistor (TFT) by reducing a leakage current by improving a contact structure of a shorting bar and a reference voltage line and a contact structure of the shorting bar and a data line, and can prevent vertical line image quality fault due to external compensation error. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a plurality of shorting bars formed on a pad region; a plurality of data lines connected to a first shorting bar among the shorting bars; a plurality of reference voltage lines connected to a second shorting bar among the shorting bars; a plurality of first contact lines for connecting the first shorting bar and the data lines; and a plurality of second contact lines for connecting the second shorting bar and the reference voltage lines. The second contact lines are formed with a transparent conductive material.
