<p>The wire has a casing surrounding a metallic conductor. Perforations are arranged at regular intervals from each other in the casing. The casing is formed from electrically isolating plastic. The casing is coated with a vapor-deposited hydrophilic material such as polyvinyl alcohol, where the vapor-deposited hydrophilic material is wet from water and is better adhered on the casing. The vapor-deposited hydrophilic material is provided with good electrical permeability property.</p> |
