<p>An elastic rope exercise apparatus 100 comprises an adjusting belt 1 with a ladder lock 12, the belt passes through a first ring 21; two connecting belts 2 which are fastened at one end to the first ring 21 and have a third ring 23 and clasp 24 at a second end; two second rings 22 which are fastened to an upper surface of each connecting belt 2; two elastic rope assemblies 3 which are connected to the second ring 22 at one end and a hand grip 4 at a second end. The connecting belts 2 can be clipped to the hand grips 4 to allow the apparatus to be used in a fixed condition or folded back on themselves and clipped to the first ring 21 to provide an elastic condition. The exerciser can be attached to a door or a transverse rod.</p> |
