In one aspect the invention provides an apparatus for marking the position of flange bolt holes along a bolt circle. The apparatus comprises a generally planar member having a center point, at least one marker circle circumferentially spaced around the center point and a plurality of marker points, with the centers thereof laying on the at least one marker circle. A method aspect for marking flange bolt holes on a surface is also provided. |
