<p>The present invention relates to a locking device (1) for locking a door, gate or the like, where the locking device (1) comprises a first and a second enclosure (2, 4), said enclosures (2, 4) being fixedly arranged on a respective part of two parts (CI, C2), said enclosures (2, 4) each comprising one cavity (20, 400) extending in the longitudinal direction of the respective enclosure (2, 4) and a loose part in the form of a locking beam (3), said locking beam (3) comprising a locking mechanism (30) in its one end (33) for securing the two enclosures (2, 4) and the locking beam (3) to each other, said two cavities (20, 400), in the locking position of the locking device (1), coinciding in the longitudinal direction of the enclosures (2, 4) in such a way that said locking beam (3) can be completely inserted into said two cavities (20, 400) and, as a result, extend through the two cavities (20, 400), the securing of the two enclosures (2, 4) and the locking beam (3) to each other being adapted to take place through co-operation between the locking mechanism (30) and a lock body (6), said lock body (6) being adapted to be inserted into an opening (22) in the first enclosure (2) or in an end guard (80) on the first enclosure (2) for securing to said locking mechanism (30) of said locking beam (3) in a space (281) inside the first enclosure (2) or inside the end guard (80).</p> |
