FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises brake actuators, brake pressure control unit, transducers, memory means in control unit for storage of the list wherein selected axles comply with friction force transmitted thereby, and computation means in braking waste work control unit. Claimed process consists in loading of two selected axles at braking with braking pressure and measuring the appropriate magnitude. Then, the list is compiled wherein selected axles comply with friction force transmitted thereby. Now, axle skidding at braking is identified among selected axles. Note here that antiskid control is activated. Thereafter, waste braking work is calculated to identify the axle from said list which does not skid at braking or skid to tolerable degree.
