FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to oil and gas industry, namely to packer seal element versions. Packer seal is comprised by elastic shells and metal bushings. In the first version, seal includes at least two concentric cylindrical elastic shells. Elastic shells differ in height and wall cross-section. External shell features larger height and wall thickness than internal wall. Metal bushing positioned between the shells is lower than the internal shell. In the second version, each elastic shell features one or more tilted areas where diameter varies continuously or in steps. Tilted areas are located at the internal surface of external shell and at the external surface of internal shell. Metal bushing features matching tilted surfaces at the sides adjoining those areas. Seal can also include at least one elastic shell. In this version, elastic shell is positioned at the external side of a bushing with annular grooves at both its end surfaces on the external side, with removable or irremovable O-rings out of elastic material inserted in the grooves.EFFECT: enhanced reliability of seal.6 cl, 5 dwg |
