FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, particularly, to springs made of titanium nickelide and can be used for control over deformation properties of reversible shape change such as angular and axial displaced of wrap spring. Proposed process consists in coiling the titanium nickelide wire on metal cylindrical rod, tightly turn to turn, at 18-40°C and wire ends are rigidly fixed at said rod. Rod and wire are placed in the muffler chamber to anneal it at 500-520°C for 60 minutes. Then, wire is cooled jointly with furnace to 18-23°C to get the wire. Produced wire is subjected to heat cycling under axial load at 90-24°C, starting the process at 90°C.EFFECT: stable reversible shape change at heat cycling via intervals of martensite passes at stretching loads, cooling, heating at axial and angular displacement.2 cl, 3 dwg, 1 tbl, 2 ex |
