FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: anti-icing composition contains, wt %: monoatomic alcohol 1.0-10.0; surfactant 0.10-0.30; corrosion inhibitor 0.5-1.0; if required, thickening agent to 4.0 and aqueous solution of carbonic acid salt with concentration of 15-60 formate and/or acetate of sodium or potassium on a dry basis up to 100.
